Using KOOCOOLS
You may use KOOCOOLS to create, schedule, record, review, and export personal routines in accordance with applicable law and the app store terms that apply to your download.
You are responsible for the records you enter and for keeping exported backup files secure.
No medical advice
KOOCOOLS is not a medical device or medical service. Information shown by the app is not diagnosis, treatment advice, or a substitute for qualified professional care.
Availability and changes
The app may change as compatibility, safety, and product quality improve. Features can be modified or discontinued with appropriate notice where required by law.
Intellectual property
The KOOCOOLS name, icon, interface, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of them.
Your records and your backups
KOOCOOLS records what you enter on your device. It is provided as it is, and it does not promise that a reminder arrives at an exact moment on every device, or that records survive a device failure, an app removal, or an action taken by the operating system.
A backup file you export yourself is the guaranteed way to keep your records across a reinstall or a new device. Making and storing that file is your responsibility, and so is the file once it is saved or shared outside the app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for records that cannot be recovered because no backup file was exported, or for a reminder that a device delayed or suppressed.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, and nothing here removes consumer rights that the law of your country of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to the paragraph above about mandatory consumer rights.
These terms take effect on 2026-09-06. No payment, subscription, cancellation, or refund terms are included, because none have been established. If a paid download or an in-app purchase is introduced, these terms are revised before that release.
